The Inn is twenty minutes from Waterville Valley or Loon Mountain for downhill skiers; cross-country people have miles of nearby trails available. Many summer and fall tourist attractions are within a short drive, and Autumn in the White Mountains is unequaled.
	You will enjoy the full country breakfasts, and a hot drink at "tea time" in the winter. Available to all our guests is a charming front parlor, of course the country dining room, and the huge fire-placed common room, where there is a T.V.
The Main House kitchen offers a B.Y.O.B. refrigerator for your use. There is also a sunny back porch and a garden-filled backyard for three seasons' pleasure. The Main House has two bright and spacious bedrooms, with semi-private bath. The East wing Annex offers two adjoining bedrooms, with shared bath. There is also a kitchen, and a sitting room with T.V. in this part of the house. An indoor ski room is available for your equipment.

Interstate 93 to Exit 28. Travel East on Route 49 towards Waterville Valley. At the stop lights take a left on to Route 175 N. Bear left at the fork, take your first right onto Osgood Road and we are on your right.
